We’re thinking of all of you who have become part of our AMH extended community through your waitlist agreement. And hoping you are all well wherever this gorgeous fall finds you. So much has happened here at AMH these last few months that we’d love to share!
In the works…
We’re two years in and anticipating what’s next. From an expansion standpoint, 5 Maxwell residences are under construction that are projected to be available for occupancy the summer/fall of 2026. December 1 of this year, AMH takes possession of the surgery center at the northeast corner of the campus and will soon after begin construction to repurpose the building as the new home of Academy Bella Vista Assisted Living Memory Care. We’re hoping this project will be completed summer of 2026.
